Are there ways in which you are engaging your marriage as a more of a 50/50 partnership? In what specific ways will you seek to give yourself over 100% to your role and responsibility within marriage for the good of your spouse?

Do you tend toward being overbearing or distant as a parent? How does this affect your children? 

Are they’re ways in which you pit authority against grace when it comes to parenting your children? How can you be better at asserting authority for the sake of grace in the lives of your children?

Do you struggle with finding your identity in your work? What does this look like when feel like you are doing a good job? What does this look like when you feel like you are doing a bad job?

As one who has authority over others, how can you better mimic your master, Jesus, by the ways in which you sacrificially care for and serve others?
