Are there areas in your life where you deep down think you could do a better job than what God is currently doing? What circumstances are you facing in which you believe you make something better than God?

Are there ways in which you are approaching God as if He exists for you? Does your worship and prayer life display the understanding you exist for God not God for you? How would the understanding that you exist for Him change the way you approach Him with your problems? 

What towers of success or self righteousness are you tempted to hold up to God hoping to impress Him? Are there things you are doing that you assume God should be impressed? Are there good things you are building your life upon in hopes God would bless you or answer your prayers? 

How does the cross render our pride Babel? What is it about the cross that humiliates us before God?  

What self centered (nimrodic) plans in your life have you seen God turn to Babel? Why was this good for you?

How have you seen the glory of Christ displayed through diverse languages and cultures? What would it look like for you to be more committed to God’s plan to redeem the nations through the mission of His church?
