Is there a clear command from God you are delaying to obey? Are there areas in your life where you are clearly outside of God’s will?

How has certain areas of disobedience in your life affected others? What would it mean for others if you rejected passivity and obeyed? How would your obedience be security or comfort for them?

Are there ways you are negotiating with what is wicked?  What do the discussions you have with sin sound like in your mind? How can you shut down negotiations with sin and obey?

How does church membership identify someone as a Christian? Why is this important? What should meaningful church membership represent to the community in which we live? 

What comfort is it to know our security and the security of others is found in Jesus and not ourselves?

How do you need to be more aggressive in looking to Jesus? Are there practices or disciplines that help remind you of the gospel in which you must be more consistent?
